Unbottle
Dry days you can see. Drinks you can log without a lecture.
Unbottle is a quit-drinking tracker for iPhone. Log a drink in a tap, watch the dry days build up, and see the money and the calories you did not spend. A day you drank is recorded as what it was and nothing more — no shaming, no reset of the days you already earned.

Nothing to sign up for — no email, no password, no name. Your history syncs under an anonymous ID so it survives a new phone, and you can take it with you or destroy it at any time from Settings. The privacy policy lists every field, including the one the morning-after estimator needs.
Unbottle offers general information and habit support. It isn't medical advice and it isn't a substitute for a doctor. Stopping heavy drinking abruptly can be dangerous and sometimes needs medical supervision — if you drink heavily every day, please talk to a doctor before you stop. The morning-after estimator is an estimate, and never a reason to decide whether you can drive.
